Contact your PAM Admin to create your Login ID (AD ID/i-Auth) in PAM. Once your User ID is created in PAM you will be able to log in to PAM Dashboard with your Login Credentials.

Go to PAM Dashboard ⇒ Access Control Manager ⇒ Maintain User ⇒ Create User ⇒ Approve User ⇒ Check mark on i-Auth ⇒ Set Password for user login ⇒ Save Settings. Ask the user to log in to PAM Dashboard with the domain as i-Auth.

Contact your PAM Admin and verify that your mobile number is properly configured in Access Control Manager.
